By using ezyPDF you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
The service
ezyPDF provides browser-based tools for working with PDF and related document formats. The service is free, requires no account, and is provided as-is.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to process any file you open with these tools.
- You must not use the service to infringe copyright, to process material you are not authorised to handle, or for anything unlawful.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the site or to use it in a way that harms other users.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backups. Results exist only in your browser until you save them.
Limits
To protect your browser's memory the tools apply soft limits of 100MB per file, 30 files at once, and 300MB in total. These are technical limits, not entitlements, and may change.
Some tools are marked Limited support or Experimental. Those labels are accurate: the output may differ from the original in the ways described on each page. Check the result before you rely on it.
No warranty
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any conversion will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or lost profit arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue any part of the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
This document describes how the service actually behaves today. Once ezyPDF operates as a registered business, it will be reviewed by a legal professional against the law of the applicable jurisdiction.
